[Ndn-interest] 10th NDN Hackathon finalized proposals

Hello all!
We have finalized 5 projects for 10th NDN Hackathon. The projects are listed below:

o   Passive Name Visualizer (Junxiao Shi, Sanjeev, Proyash)

o   Deploy NDNCERT v0.3 on Testbed (Zhiyi, Siqi Liu, Tianyuan Yu, Muhammad Nuzaihan)

o   YaNFD: Yet Another NDN Forwarder (Eric Newberry, Xinyu Ma)

o   Combat Fake News with screenshot verification (Aditya)

o   NFD Strategy Plugin System (Ashlesh, Saurab, Muktadir)
