[Ndn-interest] [EXT] problem in ping a ndntesbed

Hi Vimala

https://yoursunny.com/p/ndn-prefix-reach/ tool shows that WU router can
reach UFBA prefix.
It's probably your local connectivity issue (firewall or middleboxes), or
your NFD is too old that it's sending in obsolete packet format v0.2 that
is no longer acceptable on testbed.

Try some other router prefixes on the testbed to see if it works.
Use Wireshark to capture packets and confirm they have the correct packet
format.
Look at router status page
https://wundngw.arl.wustl.edu/n/#tab=Faces and confirm a face to your end
host shows up.
