[Ndn-interest] 10th NDN Hackathon: Registration and Call for Hacks

Dear folks

A few weeks ago it was announced during an NFD call that the next NDN
hackathon is scheduled on the weekend of 2020-10-17.
Is it considered a rescheduled 10th NDN hackathon, or do I need to resubmit
the project proposals?
