[Ndn-interest] Introducing icn-names.net - a collection of ICN name sets

Hi,

I have one of the smallest files (unibas-XXX) in one of my folders. I hope
it helps you to start with.

Just as a warning while using this data, you will have to spend some time
cleaning the files (there are untrimmed files, unicode and non-unicode
characters).
