[Ndn-interest] Current state of NDN?

For beginners, I usually suggest that people start with the Co-NEXT '09 paper, https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/1658939.1658941 <https://dl.acm.org/doi/10.1145/1658939.1658941>
and the other papers on https://named-data.net/publications-in-2009/ <https://named-data.net/publications-in-2009/>

As Michael says, they're early on in the thought process, but they reveal the original design.
