[Ndn-interest] Is there an active golang library for NDN

Hi Dr. Zhang,
Thanks for your reply. I saw a GitHub repo
https://github.com/usnistgov/ndn-dpdk. Although this repo is mainly for
building a DPDK based NFD and Traffic generator (Apology if I understood
the goal of this project wrong), it does seem to have a Golang based
library for NDN. I would love to contribute to a Golang based library, but
before diving in, I was trying to understand the thought process of the
maintainer and how I can contribute without duplicating effort.
