HotICN 2019, the 2nd HotICN, will be held in Chongqing, 13-15 December 2019. The conference is hosted by the Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications (CQUPT) and technically sponsored by IEEE Communications Society (ComSoc). After a careful reviewing process, Accepted papers will be published in the IEEE Conference Proceedings, which will be included in IEEE Xplore, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
The HotICN 2018 conference proceedings have already been published and indexed by EI Compendex and Scopus.
