Nice work Junxiao!

One of the things that i wanted is a proper plugin for Chrome to work with NDNjs but after reading NDNjs bug reporting tool, it was impossible because of Chrome’s restrictions with the URI, plus some other issues which I had forgotten. 

Plus NDNjs has aged quite a lot.
