[Ndn-interest] How to send interest from forwarder (function chaining)

Dear, all

I would like to send Interest from forwarder (cefore) not client (consumer).

e.g. After forwarderA receive Interest /A, then forwarderA send Interest /B
and get Data /B, finally forwarderA generate data /A and send back it to
requester.

Is there any good way to implement?
or I shoud implement this in application layer?
