[Ndn-interest] A synopsis of NDN

Hello,

As part of some recent research work, I wrote a synopsis of NDN and collected all the literature I could find about it.  If anyone is interested in seeing the materials, they can be found at https://mhucka.github.io/dcons/.  I will happily accept corrections and suggestions -- I did my best, but I'm sure there are mistakes.

My hope is to do more in the area of decentralized networking in the near future, and write more technical summaries along the way.  One topic I'd like to investigate is how NDN relates to IPFS.  Any pointers about information regarding that would be welcome!
