[Ndn-interest] Congestion Control using PyNDN

Hi All,

Is anyone aware of any form of congestion control being implemented in
PyNDN? As of now the example files and the application I am working with
simply implements timeout mechanism per Interest packet.
If anyone has any information regarding this, it would be very helpful.
