[Ndn-interest] NDN overhead

Dear community

I think overhead with NDN is a very fluctuant metric

To work properly I noticed that there is sync interests/data exchanged which I categorize as overhead

There is also LSA packets, what are exactly these packets and should we include them n overhead metric
