[Ndn-interest] NFD-Windows

Dear folks

In this 2016's first post, I'd like to introduce NFD-Windows, Windows
builds of NDN software.
This project started during NDNcomm2015 hackathon, but I hit some roadblock
back then due to ongoing face refactoring. Now NFD 0.4.0 has been released
with face refactoring completed, and I'm able to successfully build and run
NFD on Windows.

NFD-Windows currently offers the following programs: ndnsec nfd nfdc
nfd-status ndnpeek ndnpoke ndnping ndnpingserver ndn-dissect infoedit.
