[Ndn-interest] CCNx Software on GitHub

Hello folks.

The CCNx software is now on GitHub.

Please go to https://github.com/PARC/CCNx_Distillery for more information.

Basically:
- clone Distillery
- install dependencies (via Distillery)
- clone the different repos (via Distillery)
- compile
- test
- install.


We just did some large code re-orgs and switched over from Autotools to cmake, so there may be some kinks in the build process, but we wanted to make the software available as soon as possible.

Please use the ccnx mailing list for discussions.
