[Ndn-interest] IDE suggestion

I've been using Qt Creator these days. Lightweight, swift and fast. Of course you don't need to index the whole ns3 folder. And again, do building and debugging with waf itself.

I'm using Eclipse CDT. The C++ Indexer is quite helpful, but requires 
some tuning (you don't want to index the whole ns3 folder).
