[Mini-NDN] --result-dir not working

Hi guys,

the implementation of the --result-dir parameter was lost during the 
"**breaking** mini-ndn: re-design". I pushed a patch [1] reimplementing 
the behavior, which is based no the old implementation [2]. Is someone 
willing to review?
