[Mini-NDN] ndn-tools build failed on Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Hi Peter,

Thanks for your reply. Yes, I've already tried the command "./install.sh
-a", but it seems like it doesn't install all the dependencies. So I chose
to do it manually by following the instructions on the page and install
each component one by one.
How I can check if I have the "boost libs" installed?
