Thank you very much for your willingness to contribute to the Mini-NDN project.  The IP routing helper seems to be a very useful component.  It will be great if you could work with Ashlesh (cc’ed) to make it part of Mini-NDN.

Therefore I created something like an IP routing helper, which configures static IP routes (based on the lowest hop counts) between all nodes in the emulation topology.
