[Mini-NDN] Reg: Python for NFD

Hi KaviPriya

NFD is written in C++ and I don't see the necessity for Python bindings. It
is intended to execute as a standalone process.
You can of course use Python code to send messages to NFD. PyNDN
<https://pypi.org/project/PyNDN/> library provides NDN packet encoding in
Python that is compatible with NFD.
