[Mini-NDN] minindn re installation

NDN has dropped support for Ubuntu 14.04 (https://redmine.named-data.net/issues/4462). Please use Ubuntu 16.04 or greater.

For resolving the openssl dependency error in 14.04, maybe check whether older version of openssl is still installed in the system - and remove it if it is.

So running sudo apt-get update does not resolve the problem?

Maybe try:

sudo apt-get upgrade

after the update.
