[Mini-NDN] sending interest of a file to a specific node

Was the topology file generated by the GUI (bug: 
https://redmine.named-data.net/issues/4114)? All the NLSR routers have 
the same name.

You can just remove the network, router and site fields from the conf 
file and then try again.
