[Mini-NDN] Problem with ndnputchunks

Hi Junxiao

I looked at the link. So what should be used so that all the nodes be able
to fetch hello from a. In other words I want the following command to work:
* d ndncatchunks ndn:/localhost/hello
where d is not directly connected to a.
