[Mini-NDN] Problem with ndnputchunks

Hello all,

I use this topology in minindn: a--b--c--d
and then after running minindn I use the following in the command line:
* a ndnputchunks ndn:/localhost/hello < hello &
* b ndncatchunks ndn:/localhost/hello

but I get the following error:

why can't the interest in b be routed to a?
