[Mini-NDN] Changing caching policy

Hello all,

Is there any way to change caching policy in mini-ndn?

for example I want the router's content store never to get updated after
some time?
for instance at first I put file 1 & 2 into the cache of router1. I want
them to always be in the cache(content store) of router1. regardless of the
requests.

Is there any way to do so?
