[Mini-NDN] how to implement nlsr

Hello everyone,
can anybody say how to implement NLSR in minindn?? currently am referring
to " A Secure Link State Routing Protocol for NDN" and i want to know how
to implement it in minindn... like how to start...what to do first?? Help
me out....
