[Nfd-dev] Jenkins Master Release Upgrade

We are going to do a release upgrade on Jenkins master (to 18.04) at 
*1PM* today, so the Jenkins in Arizona will be offline for a few couple 
of hours. Sorry for the late notification and inconvenience.
