[Nfd-dev] Running nfd without installation

It's technically possible to run NFD against a non-installed copy of
ndn-cxx using LD_LIBRARY_PATH (DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH on macOS). But this
is completely unsupported and you may easily run into troubles if you
don't know what you're doing, so it's strongly discouraged.

Can you explain why you want/need to work with such an unusual configuration?
