[Nfd-dev] problem installing ndn certificate

Not sure. Just tried the same command in my terminal and no problem.  Are you by any chance using NFS for your home folder (it sometimes has issues)?  Also, check permissions for ~/.ndn  and ~/.ndn/ndnsec-key-file folders. They should be writable by toufiq user.
