[Nfd-dev] ndnputfile error

hi,

I’m getting 402 response when inserting a file into repo, but not sure why is it happening:

$ ndnputfile -u /icear/content-provider/1 /icear/content-provider/data/chair chair.jpg -v
setInterestFilter for /icear/content-provider/data/chair
ERROR: insert command failed with code 402

This response says<https://redmine.named-data.net/projects/repo-ng/wiki/Basic_Repo_Insertion_Protocol>: "Selectors and BlockId both present"

Any ideas on why does it fail?
