Release planning
AA: 0.5.1 to be the last release before breaking changes to the (general) certificate format, key naming, and (ndn-cxx) new keychain, new validators.
While it is early to say, need a plan on whether to release 0.6.0 (with breaking changes) before NDNcomm or after.
