Hi Navdeep

I haven't heard about an NDN plugin for VLC.
ndncatchunks
<https://github.com/named-data/ndn-tools/tree/master/tools/chunks> is a
tool to retrieve a file over NDN, and output on stdout. It might be
possible to retrieve a video file from NDNFS
<https://github.com/remap/ndnfs-port>, and feed the stdout to VLC.
However, you can only play the video from start, and cannot seek in it.

Yours, Junxiao
