[Nfd-dev] Using NDN Chunk for video file transfer

Hi Liu

I'd say, chunks is good for video file *transfer*, but as Alex said it's
not for streaming.
If you have a pre-generated video file, you can certainly publish it with
ndnputchunks, and retrieve it with ndncatchunks piped into a video player.
