This appears to be a corrupt database.
Also, why is Redmine displaying detailed errors to unauthenticated visitors?

No maintenance.  Periodically we are getting targeted by some ddos attacks.  Should get better now.

Redmine is giving me a 500 error when I try to access an issue (in particular, #3179). It's been doing this on and off for a few hours.
