[Nfd-dev] Segfault after updating to NFD-0.4.0-rc1

Hi Peter

Boost is recently upgraded in Homebrew, which can cause dependency issues.
Replace “./waf clean” with “./waf distclean” to clean up intermediate objects.
Also, don’t use “0.4.0-rc1” tag which refers to the old beta1 release; instead, use “0.4.0-beta2” which is the latest release.
