[Nfd-dev] Querying pending Interest in PIT.

Junxiao,

I guess it is a forwarding strategy scenario. But it is for sure, I do not
want PIT state change while I am querying it. Also, it is a local
application running over given NFD, which is querying the PIT state. I mean
both the querying app and NFD are coexisting on the same host.
