[Nfd-dev] problem getting started with NFD 0.3.1 binaries

I'm not sure, but leaning towards no. nfd-start mentions a process ID, but
grepping ps -eaf/aux doesn't turn up anything nfd related. Running
nfd-start 2 times in a row produces "start: Job is already running: nfd".

Using the CSU node's nfd.conf:
1425578900.973334 FATAL: [NFD] Cannot read certificate from file:
/etc/ndn/keys/default.ndncert
NFD is correct. There is no /etc/ndn/keys directory. I do see a
/etc/ndn/certs directory that contains localhost_daemons_nrd.ndncert.
