[Nfd-dev] Install OpenSSL on jenkins OS X vm

But I did not see any deps script in .jenkins.d for ndn-cxx (while all the other projects have deps script), I am not sure if that is intentional.

I suspect current Jenkins vm does not have openssl installed from macport, which causes some build errors. Please help us to install openssl. Thanks!
