[Nfd-dev] review request: reduce implicit digest computation in ContentStore

Dear folks

I implemented a new comparison algorithm in ContentStore in order to reduce
implicit digest computation in common cases, which accounted for 40% of
ContentStore CPU time.
I need someone to review the code:
