[Nfd-dev] ndn-cxx breaking change: NotificationSubscriber

Dear folks

EventEmitter has been deprecated.
I'm changing EventEmitter usage in NotificationSubscriber to Signal.
Unfortunately this change is not backwards compatible.

Please be prepared to fix your code.
Changes for ndn-cxx and your code need to be merged at the same time to
avoid interruption.

You can compile your projects with ndn-cxx Change
http://gerrit.named-data.net/1652 and verify it works.
