[Nfd-dev] Ethernet FaceURI in NFD-Android

Hi Percy

NFD Management Protocol faces/create command only allows TCP and UDP
unicast face creation.
http://redmine.named-data.net/projects/nfd/wiki/FaceMgmt#Create-a-face

NFD creates one Ethernet multicast face on every NIC during initialization.
Subsequently, you may use its FaceId during prefix registration.
