[Nfd-dev] Jenkins master down

Dear folks

Jenkins master is unavailable since Aug 22 afternoon due to a power outage.
Although power is restored, the host machine needs to be powered on by lab staff.
It’s expected that they could turn on the machine on Monday morning.
