[Nfd-dev] ndn-cxx deprecated feature removal: Controller::start<Command>(parameter, onSuccess, onFailure, IdentityCertificate(), timeout)

Dear folks

The following deprecated function will be removed from ndn-cxx very soon:
The function ndn::nfd::Controller::start<Command>(const ControlParameters&
parameters, const CommandSucceedCallback& onSuccess, const
CommandFailCallback& onFailure, const IdentityCertificate& certificate, const
time::milliseconds& timeout) previously allows passing empty
IdentityCertificate() as fourth parameter.
This usage is deprecated before ndn-cxx v0.2.0 release.

If you have code that depend on this feature, please reply no later than
Oct 17 12:00 UTC.
Otherwise, we'll proceed with the removal.
