[Nfd-dev] License boilerplate for code imported from NFD to ndn-cxx

Junxiao,

You seem to be missing my point. I'm talking about respecting the
original project's license. Seems like an obvious thing to me, do we
need a guideline for that too? Then what, the next guideline will be
"don't kill the reviewer if he rejects your patch"?
