[Nfd-dev] [ndn] NFD logging

Hi Alex

NFD logs are written to stderr. You may redirect it to a file or pipe it to
a log rotator if needed.

Log levels are configurable in NFD configuration file
</usr/local/etc/nfd.conf>.
