[Nfd-dev] First public release of NDN Forwarding Daemon (NFD)

I have sent this announcement to ndn-interest at lists.cs.ucla.edu, ndnsim at lists.cs.ucla.edu, icnrg at irtf.org, and ccnx-users at ccnx.org mailing lists.  Hopefully, it didn't get blocked...
