Follow up.

I think NLSR does not work properly if it is restarted without restarting the daemon.   I suspect something related to cache or face notifications.   At least these are my observations.  If I restart NLSR (sudo restart nlsr), I'm getting these "Face not found" errors.   If I restart nfd and nlsr at the same time, things seem to start working.
