[Nfd-dev] [Operators] reachability of broadcast and guest prefixes

I'll do the other nodes now.

I did not install separate packages for nfd-autoreg and 
nfd-status-http-server, I assumed they were part
of the nfd package. I think the binaries were installed with the nfd 
package.
I installed the upstart scripts for them that I got from somewhere,
probably from spurs.
