[Nfd-dev] Repo-ng documentation?

Repo protocol is listed at
http://redmine.named-data.net/projects/repo-ng/wiki
I'm not aware of any library support of repo protocol. This means user has
to manually construct repo management commands in order to insert contents
into the repo.
