<p class="MsoNormal">I have a scenario in which NDN requesters sends their Interests with dynamic rate. I have put several functions to set the rates to achieve this goal. My problem is that number of OutInterests shows a cumulative numbers during the simulation.
For Instance in first interval the sending rate is 300 packets per seconds and the next time interval the rate is double, but OutInterests rate shows almost triple at the end. I am just wondering whether this additional numbers are due to the retransmission
of delayed Interests or there is another reason of which I am not aware.<o:p></o:p></p>
