[ndnSIM] Empty Delay Trace When Using ConsumerCbr

Hi all,

I noticed that when I use the ndn::ConsumerCbr application in my
simulation, the delay-trace.txt output remains empty. However, when I use
ndn::ConsumerBatch under the same setup, the delay trace gets recorded as
expected.

Is there a reason why ConsumerCbr does not produce delay measurements,
while ConsumerBatch does? Am I missing some required configuration for
ConsumerCbr to trigger delay logging?

Any clarification would be appreciated.
